He's in the Argent Pavillion, right next to where you get the quest.

This guy &*!@es me off. Every day I have to do his quest for the marks, and every day he'll say to me 'Kings honor friend' and 'For the Alliance' well on my horde shamman. They should give him a neutral npc voice or none at all.

From what I understand this is not availible to Death knights. You must go to the Death knight on the other side to start yours.

Death Knight's can't get this quest. if they can tell me how to get it because the only dailies i can get are from the Knights of the Ebon Blade just right outside the Alliance tent.
