I have submitted two screenshots, 1 with the location on the map & the other with the location on the minimap and the enviroment around the object.

Fly/ride to 79.5 23.0* and you will be in the center of the grayevard which is directly east of the main camp. You should see an archway from afar.

Click below for the respective maps to each NPC:
Sir Wendell Balfour - 79.3, 23.0
Lorien Sunblaze - 79.6, 23.5
Conall Irongrip - 79.6, 22.9

Simply click the cog on the 3 tombstones for quest completion.

* As of 4/15, on the live servers, all tombstones are located in their respective places inside the graveyard; you may safely ignore the comments which were posted when the quest was bugged on the PTR.

Logic-wise this quest makes no sense:
1) She says before she knows they were killed and buried in the fresh graveyard, yet she somehow doesn't know how they died.
2) She concludes from 3 different deaths, it must be the same murderer.
3) So far no evidence from the quests connected the deaths to the Black Night, yet she persists it must be him.

It's actually the exact opposite of that phrase, on the topic of "Dead men tell no tales" however it has been around since before Pirates of the Carribean, infact it was used in the opening song of Muppet Treasure island.

Also a quick google reveals the origins of the phrase (as it did not originate from PotC):

I dont think I would need to have a magic crystal to see if someone burned to death... (hint: charred, black corpse)

s got to be the easiest 13 gold I ever made, just fly to graveyard (79,23) click on the three glittering grave stones and fly back. :)

If indeed these men were murdered, then we must find a way to tie it to the Black Knight before he strikes again. Look closely at what the crystal tells you, <name>, for we must be certain these deaths were not accidental.]
