Seems to be a bug that prevents Anaya from appearing when turning in the quest, even though her dialogue still appears. I saw a brief shadow of where an NPC would be but then it vanished.

Note:
4.0.3a currently; after you turn in, Anaya appears but it takes roughly 3 minutes before the speech actually starts, for those interested.

Same as original version, just different locations. Wazzbo, thank you. I was wondering why he ignored her ghost and waited a few minutes before it began. Were it not for your words, I would have left.

Looked high and low for Anaya using minimap -- no luck at all. Any help for those without coords would be appreciated.

Anaya spawns and stays at 48.5, 36.6
I found her by running around spamming a /target Anaya Highborne macro, which targets her and highlights her position on the minimap for a short period of time.

For those of you like me who want to read the speech but don't want to wait the 3 minutes for the speech to start here it is:

Cerellean: Anaya...? Do my eyes deceive me? Is it really you?

Anaya: The ages have been cruel to you and I, my love, but be assured, it is, and at long last we are reunited.

C: That the fates should be so cruel as to permit us only this after a thousand years apart... Do you hate me, my love? That I was forced to destroy your living form, that your spirit be released from unhappy bondage.

A: Let it not trouble your heart, beloved. You have freed me from slavery, and for that I love you all the more. Sadly, even this must be cut short... The ties that bind me to this world weaken, and pull me away...

*Cerellean kneels*

C: No! Anaya... Anaya! Don't leave me! Please...

A: Farewell, Cerellean, until we are joined once again...

*Anaya's soft voice trails away into the mists. "Know that I love you always..."*

C: How, my love? How will I find the strength to face the ages of the world without you by my side...

*Cerellean sobs*

The marker of the map told me to go to the little shrine with the blue light which is the objective for The Final Flame of Bashal'Aran
After circling this area for quite a while I thought it might be bugged
Went exploring the rest of the ruins for herbs etc, and found her not far from, but not in the same palce as the marker on the map
If you head towards the river there is a dip in the ground with yet another nelf shrine type structure in it.
It's half ruined and has a little blue campfire in it too, but not the big blue light that is in the objective for The Final Flame of Bashal'Aran which may have caused confusion. On the edge of this dip is Anaya.

The Quest map coordinates is wrong! She's in the ruins (where the blue light is) just keep going east, she's quite a bit far away from the quest map location.

I was unable to get this quest on my level 8 warrior. Very frustrating.

Alright, find the depression where there's a building barely standing up. Then on the other-side there's a tree. She's right there.

confirmed--mini map location is wrong. Starting at the Bashal'Aran flame that is to be extinguished..head east..there is a pit with a torn up house in it..right past that, she is standing by the tree.

How many times am I going to have to destroy this chicks spirit... I had hoped that Cerellean found peace when Deathwing decimated Darkshore. He was standing on the bridge after all.

There is now a boss skull on your minimap pinpointing her location.

[I would like to extend my gratitude for saving us. I would call myself fortunate, but my beloved, Anaya, lays long dead. I am alone and deeply troubled, and sadly, I require your aid yet again.

Wandering the woods of Darkshore after my rescue, I found myself in the ruins of Bashal'Aran... where I saw the haunted spirit of my beloved.

She must be freed, but I lack the heart to do it. Her spirit must be destroyed. ]
