It's mega disappointing. I assumed it would look like the retail glyph of stars form. But it only gives you a blueish fog around you, and some sparkles above you. Nothing like the glyph at all.

I'm so sad the ghost moonkin wandering toward the structure to show you that there is something curious with the latter and then just disappear. It would have been way more fun to make it wander further to reach something to interact with (an elven altar, a plant, an item) that make you temporarly glide. Instead, you have to use a parachute cloak or a noggenfogger to get it. Imo, just a real lack of creativity. But eh, at least, the item exists :)
