Yeah, Silithus is a horrible place to quest. All the quests ask for way too many mobs, or too many drops, and everything is spread out.
However the quest is right next to where you pick this quest up. Much better place to quest.

Actually, you can complete this quest and the Warchief's Command/Hero's Call quests. You can not have both quests in your log at the same time, but if you complete the Warchief's Command quest first, you can then go pick this one up (or The Dunes of Silithus). Almost all Warchief's Command/Hero's Call quests work this way with the other breadcrub quests. Try it!
