Having trouble turning in quest 'Armed to the Teeth'.
Bloodfang is standing on Baron Silverlain's desk, but without the question mark on him.
The minimap shows it up on the West wall near a locked 'Large Iron Bound Chest', but nobody's there.

1. Abandoned the quest, reset the instance and ran it again, same thing.
2. Left Instance, reset and entered with Bloodfang at the entrance, this worked!

In order to get credit for killing this guy (and the other guys in the quest chain) you want to hit/tag them first OR do a lot of damage during the fight. On my third try going through the dungeon, I finally figured that out. You can still get credit if you didn't tag the guy first, just go all out with damage and you'll get credit for killing him.
