Now You have to go to Forge of Souls and kill last boss Devourer Of Souls, when he is dead, behind him can you see a thing, use Re-forged Quel'Delar and your done with this quest.

Here's the entire quest chain, with simple descriptions and quest links for the Horde versions.

The Battered Hilt
Bring the Battered Hilt to Myralion Sunblaze at Quel'Delar's rest, south of the Argent Tournament Grounds.
What The Dragons Know
Speak to Krasus at the top of Wyrmrest Temple.
The Silver Covenant Scheme (Alliance version is called "The Sunreavers' Plan")
Obtain the Orders by killing an NPC in the Dalaran Sewers. Make sure you kill the right one.
A Suitable Disguise
Obtain a Borrowed Tabard from Shandy Glossgleam; He is upstairs in the Threads of Fate: if you are standing in front of the stairs with the Violet Citadel to your back, it is to the right (to the left is the toy store).
An Audience With The Arcanist
Retrieve the Ancient Dragonforged Blades tome from Arcanist Tybalin. Use the disguise and go in the Alliance section of Dalaran.
Return To Myralion Sunblaze
Bring the Ancient Dragonforged Blades to Myralion Sunblaze at Quel'Delar's Rest.
Reforging The Sword
Obtain 5 Infused Saronite Bars and the Forgemaster's Hammer and use them to make the Reforged Quel'Delar. (AKA: Run the Pit of Saron. The infused bars are near the entrance; don't forget you have to kill the boss, too.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
Tempering The Blade
Temper the Reforged Quel'Delar in the Crucible of Souls. (AKA: kill the final boss of Forge of Souls; use the quest item nearby.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
The Halls Of Reflection
Bring your Tempered Quel'Delar to Sword's Rest inside the Halls of Reflection. (AKA, obviously, run Halls of Reflection.)(It appears this can be done on Normal Difficulty.)
Journey To The Sunwell
Speak with Halduron Brightwing at the entrance to the Sunwell Plateau on the Isle of Quel'Danas.
Thalorien Dawnseeker
Visit Thalorien Dawnseeker's Remains and obtain his blessing to wield Quel'Delar. (Go around behind SWP to the Dead Scar (southern end of Isle of QD zone, not in the SWP raid instance) and kill a bunch of mobs.)
The Purification of Quel'Delar
Immerse your Tempered Quel'Delar in the Sunwell. Speak to a Warden of the Sunwell when you are ready to enter the Sunwell Plateau. (Possibly different versions of this for sword/mace?)
A Victory For The - (sword or mace)
Bring the Restored Quel'Delar to the NPC at the Violet Citadel in Dalaran.

All the quests from Quel'Delar chain that requires You to go to the instance to something in it are ABLE TO DO ON THE NORMAL MODE OF THE INSTANCE.

Still possible to stealth to last boss as a rogue, aggro him, vanish and use the quest item at the crucible that spawns behind him as of May 2, 2010

Can also be stealthed as a druid. Stealth to last boss, remove your gear, aggro him and die. Run back and stealth to last boss again. The crucible will still be there. Stand on the platform with the instance portal, toss your Quel'delar into the crucible, and you're good to go :-)

By the way it takes a bit of time before you can use the item. I was almost giving up when the forge was lighten and i could use the item.
Dont leave the place if u cant use the item. Just wait a bit (like 2 min)

Just wanted to add to the Druid stealthing section. I just did this myself and I did not even have to die and walk back. Simply get behind him (I went up to near the portal) and use Feral Charge while still stealthed. It counted as combat I suppose, since it activated the Forge. Did this on June 1st, 2010

Ok i just solo completed this on my 85 mage and here is how i did this without fighting any bosses.

1. kill trash till first boss

2. Use invisibility to pass first boss

3. kill more trash till next boss

4. Engage final boss so the crucible of souls appears

5. use invisibility to reset boss

6 while the boss is resetting complete the quest

[At last, the pieces of Quel'Delar are rejoined and the blade is whole, but it cannot see battle until you have tempered it. That jagged saronite edge is brittle and will shatter the moment it strikes anything.

Deep in Icecrown Citadel's Forge of Souls is a place where the blade can safely be tempered. Take Quel'Delar with you to the abode of the Devourer of Souls and look for the crucible. Plunge the blade into the crucible to temper it and bring it back to me. I'll be waiting in The Frozen Halls.]
