Gotten three versions so far, "of the Soldier" with +12 Stam, Strength and Crit, "of the Champion" with +12 Stam, Strength and Defense, and "of Strength" with +24 Strength. Not bad at all for a 49 twink Warrior like myself but with Dodge being my primary avoidance attribute, Boots of Avoidance are still the best tanking plate for my bracket, I think.

After looting around 6 pairs of plate boots, I have yet to see either "of the Soldier" or "of the Champion" despite Wowhead listing (as of this post) those two versions as the only two to exist. They are NOT as common as the percentages would lead you to believe -- not by a long shot.

Edit, and a reply to the snarky guy below me: Note how I said "as of this post" parenthetically in my original comment. Indeed, at the time of my comment (patch 3.3.0, if you took five seconds to look) Satchels were brand-new and, as I noted, Wowhead only listed "of the Soldier" and "of the Champion" as possible random enchants -- hence my comment adding two more (which are now accounted for on this item's page). The percent chance of getting either "of the Soldier" or "of the Champion" according to Wowhead at the time added up to 100%. Thus my statement that they aren't nearly as common, as evidenced by my getting other random stats six times out of six. Updated drop percentages bear this out -- 39% chance of getting either Soldier or Champion on your boots. But have fun being ignorant and condescending, sir.

For a 49 Warrior twink the Soldier version seems to be better than Highlander's Plate Greaves now. This one has more armor, has crit instead of agility, and has more strength and also stamina when enchanting it with Boar's Speed for run speed. I'm not sure if the missing 10 agility though will account for the missing armor, but having the extra stats nonetheless is a better deal.
