No, I just posted it on heroic Distant Land, and later stumbled upon Hersir, another Agility 2H. One doesn't have to rephrase everything if the same text works as reply to various comments. (And yes, the "good for hunters" comments most likely are on every Agi 2H)
I just linked a general search to include a wide variety of weapons, especially as this one bow in ICC25 has a ranged proc.
Also, did you seriously not grasp the sarcasm?
For a melee, the melee weapon will in many many, too many cases be the far larger upgrade than for the hunter, while the same holds true for hunters and ranged weapons.
And even then, it means only waiting two to four weeks for that secondary weapon.

If the hunter is using a 232 and the druid a 251, the question of who it's a bigger upgrade for becomes much more nebulous.

Let's say the hunters has Reclaimed Shadowstrike (which is even a bad hunter weapon for its iLvl because of the melee proc)
+1 Agi, +11 Sta, 3 Sockets + yet unknown bonus, 64 crit exchanged with 52 hit, +45 ArP, +188 AP
on condensed: sockets, some ArP and ok, a good chunk of AP.
Now let's say the druid has Lightborn Spire: ah, let's scrap the analysis of the stats, just look at the 385 AP boost the druid would get just from the weapon DPS alone!

A feral has always priority on melee weapons, just like a hunter has priority on ranged weapons. Or, to turn your example around, how would you feel if you had an iLvl 251 weapon, and then a new rogue comes into the guild with a blue gun, and is allowed to roll on an iLvl 264 crossbow, even if just with a /rnd 50? (an example for how guilds can handle "need" of trial members)

if an actual melee class needs one of these, they should get priority over us. Yes, I know the weapons are great, but for us it's just a stat stick; the melee folks will actually use the stats and the DPS. That said if you're willing to let the melee have Zod's Repeating Longbow before you, then I guess you can try to grab your melee weapon before them.

The final equip for feral T10 content has about 1400 arp what is above cap and lots of crit, so this staff got needed stats - one of them is haste , and all socket would go for haste cos now(it diesnt mean i have 60% white attacks) most(1-2 place in recount statistics) of my dmg are white attacks and haste would be the best and dominating socket stat in ICC content for feral.

The thing i was trying to say was - haste is the best stat to improve for cat after having 1300-1397 arp, cos having haste means having more OOC proc, improving haste is the best choice proved many times on @elitisjerks@ and on practice.
My character now has 722 arp, 235 haste, 61% crit unbuffed, having all raid buffs without having no histeria i deal 8400 average dps having just Ulduar item lvl staff and white ataks deal avarage 1\4 of dps.
I made wowhead profile with final ICC equip for cat it has 1379 ARP, 369 haste, 66% crit unbuffed. Made research on Simulation Craft it deals 13600 dps raid buffed, having this stats ofcourse white attacks would take 2-3 place in recount statistics.

Btw you can always check worldoflogs.com and see statistics youself.

Lol cower -3474 threat and 10 sec cooldown, when i deal about 4000 threat with a shred crit, cower is useless Things that should help are Tricks and Trade, rogues got good 1st setbonus so now they will bind a static macro for Tricks giving them 15+ energy so ferals can be sure they wont get 1st place in agro, and ofc geared tanks wont let me to overagro them, i get Vigilance every time so a dont care about boss agro.

But first a have to get this baby, cos this staff rocks.

"Cower is useless." It irritates me when someone uses the word "useless." In a raid environment, perhaps. But calling it useless is far from accurate. Even though it is rare, Cower is a good choice if the druid, you know, takes aggro from the tank in a 5man?

So the truth irritates you?

Cower is based on removing a fixed amount of threat rather than a percentage, which is why it scales so badly (actually, it doesn't scale at all, period). As the damage and corresponding threat from our attacks increased with each tier level, Cower's threat reduction remained at its pitiful level.

For a druid raiding at the current tier level: The threat Cower removes is immediately regained by ONE auto-attack that crits (which, at 73% or so cap, as any geared druid is by now, going to happen quite fast after you hit Cower).

Don't be so quick to label terms inaccurate without checking your own facts first. Cower IS useless.

With the new itemization changes I took this over my reg Oathbinder on my Hunter. This is the more wanted choice over heroic-Bloodfall just because of the fact you can reforge it to more mastery. (in before downrank.)
