When talented correctly, it's possible for Rogues to have a 100% chance to apply Deadly Poison. This allows for more Envenom use, especially useful for PvE.

"Each strike has a 30% chance of poisoning the enemy" -Deadly Poison
"Increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison to your target by 10%" -Improved Poisons
"Following the Envenom attack you have an additional 15% chance to apply Deadly Poison " -Envenom
"increases the bonus chance to apply Deadly Poison when Envenom is used by an additional 45%". -Master Poisoner

Keep in mind, Precision increases chance to hit with poisons (not be resisted), not increasing the chance to apply poisons.

Regardless, with a 100% chance to apply Deadly Poison, this allows you to get more doses up on your target quicker, even faster with Slice and Dice. More 5-dose Envenoms means more dps. Sounds like common sense, but I've seen PvE Rogues take Turn the Tables over Master Poisoner; and that is a serious mistake, not just for missing out on the 3% crit chance utility being provided to the raid, but for the sacrifice in their own personal Envenom dps.

ok one question on this that always bothered me:

When it stacks, does it also stack the damage, or only so that it is harder to dispel completely?

Say you have one stack of DP, doing 100 nature damage every tick (every 3 sec?)
Then you stack it up to 5 times, does it 500 nature damage every tick?

With patch 4.0.1 the poisons got merged togather and have no rank's anymore

pricing has also changed, the highest rank costs 50 silver before now it's only 1 silver

So one Stack of poisons is 9 gold 60 silver cheaper

Use: Coats a weapon with poison that lasts for 1 hour.
Each strike has a 30% chance of poisoning the enemy for (121 * 4) Nature damage over 12 sec. Stacks up to 5 times on a single target. Once stacked to 5 times, each application of Deadly Poison also causes the poison on the Rogue's other weapon to apply. (Proc chance: 30%)
