These can randomly have BC green stat affixes, I just got one ".. of the Invoker", with 3 Int, 3 Spell Power, and 3 Critical Strike Rating. Not bad for a level 10 green. On a sour note, they're Bind on Pickup, so they're completely useless as they are to those who picked up inscription on a higher level alt, like I did on my 52 shaman :/ so if you plan on using the armors, use the deck on the character you're planning to use the armor on.

These items are now BoE. Not sure exactly when it changed, but I've listed a bunch of them on the AH. And when I say a bunch, I mean about 4,000 of them.
