Neither is unique, so you could get 2 of them, but as stated the "on-use" functions share the same cooldown.

had to choose between this and the heal + resilience trinket ...
lets say i activate the trinket at 100% health and take 1750 damage , after the duration ends will it reduce my maximum health by 1750 or will it reduce both health and maximum health ?

In Mage Rogue 2v2, your mainly going to be on the run and surviving as long as possible, while your rogue puts out damage. This is where every second counts. This is also why alot of mages in 2v2 use both this trinket and an invulnerability belt. In 3v3 running RMP you have more opportunities to put out damage. Seeing as 3v3 is often a DPS race to make it a 3v2, and an almost guaranteed win, it is often best to use icon / hex to put out as much damage as fast as possible.

Definitely worth the honor!

Can someone who has this trinket write here how does this "max health" work? Meaning if I have for example 10000/10000 hp and pop up this trinket will I become 10000/11750 for 15 seconds or 11750/11750?

In other words does it really increase only "maximum possible" health pool or also grants those 1750 hp for 15 secs?

Please posts only if you realy tired I'd prefer no guesses.

I'm almost sure it adds 1750 hp whatever happens...like an health pot.
When you have 10k hp, and you are buffed, your lifed is automatically increased to the new value, it's a recent fix : it add whatever life a buff (priest stamina etc) give you to both the current hp and maximum hp

So for this trinket the only thing I'm not sure is do you loose the 1750 hp after the sec, in your "current hp" bar, I guess not, else this item wouldn't even be epic but green or even grey ^^ who would care having +1750 if after the 15sec you loose them, it would be the worst trinket ever, you would hit your head against wall everytime

Finally why did they make that #$%^ty new use, that nobody seems to understand ?
it's because in PvP for instance, there is huge uses of Aimedshot, mortalstrike, woundpoisons etc that reduces healing done, so the old pvp trinket who was giving like 900-1000 life, was totally become useless under that state, cutting it at 450 in arenas...
So it's most likely that it act exaclty like a health pot. Except that it is not dispellable and not reducable by anybody.

The "15sec" thing is just to nerf an item a bit, because if you have a healer with you and tanking something this item get an insane increase of effectivness, since it not only give you 1750 hp, but also increase your tanking ability (but if you have more hp than your old total after that 15sec it means either of 2 things :
1- you were stupid enought to use too early, and your 1750hp have not been "taken" by the enemy and will be taken away...this is in no way a trinket that can be used at a beginning of a fight, its a waste
2- you have taken damage, indeed the 1750hp have been used, but an ally healed you a lot, and you loose 1750hp as if the healer had overhealed you, the healer should virtually not heal you over your old hp limit like 95% hp when you are under that 15sec buff

You do lose the 1750 health points after the 15 seconds. IF you start at 10k health, pop the trinket, you have 11750 for 15 seconds, but after the 15 seconds you lose that 1750. lets say you took 2k damage in those 15 seconds. your health is now 9,1750, but when the buff wears off...you are down to 8000.

That should mean you will commit suicide if u have less then 1750 hp left when the effect wears off? Kinda makes the situations when this come in handy rare imo (because its useless if you take dmg equal to you max amount of hp anyway)... Seems the only use for this trinket is *vs1 and you have almost 0hp left - gives you a small amount of time to be creative and hopefully, in arena, you finish off your last opponent and win, before he kills you.

I guess it's like last stand (which I have tested out at length).

So:

Start with 10k health
Pop trinket to get 11750
Loose a load of health to an enemy, taking you to 1k health
15 sec trinket time runs out
You go down to 1hp, but you do not die.

I believe this should be the case (but not 100% sure)

1750 more for a warrior/rogue for 15 secs may mean that your healers cc is about to end so he will save your arse,will you make sure for it (cc the interrupters).it may also mean that if it comes down to 1 on 1, a mana-less class will have advantage over mana users that will be running out of it,15 secs is a lot of time.

The static +47 damage on equip is what makes this trinket so awesome. The on-use effect is nice, and will save your life if your healer is stunned, your potion timer is on cooldown, etc., but that's just icing on the cake. There is no other trinket you can get in a 5-man group (or via PVP) that adds this much damage. Once you're hit-capped, damage is the most important thing. The closest trinket to this that can be obtained outside a 25-man raid is Icon of the Silver Crescent, with +43 damage and on-use burst damage (+155). You ought to get both, unless you have access to something like The Skull of Gul'dan. Neltharion's Tear from BWL still holds its own in BC, but good luck finding a group to go to BWL.

Is this worth spending 30k honor on or should i stick with my 2 trinkets i use right now:

Quagmiran's eye(37 spell dmg, chance on hit raises your spell haste by 320 for 12 seconds).

The lightning capacitator(for every crit you do you get an electrical charge and once you get three crit it sends a lightning bolt and the target doing 700-1200 dmg).

What happens after 15 secs if I used this trinket and got dmg less than 1750? My max hp must be equal to old but what happens to my hp?
Let's say I have 10k hp, used the trinket and got 11750 hp, started to fight, got 1000 dmg only and killed my enemy in 15 sec.. After 15 sec, do I have still 10k hp or 9k ?

Im pretty sure if you have this equiped it makes you laugh ever few seconds.

it trips you out.

and ANYBODY else who has it equiped, you laugh at the SAME TIME.

like in av Pre-game cave getting buffs, and simultanious laughter every few seconds.

Another HUGE benefit to this trinket are for mages looking to tank in Grull's and you need that 10k health for that first hit before spell steal. You wouldn't have to sacrifice a bunch of other good gear just to get over the 10k health mark. Just get the 8.26k and pop this trinket before the fight.
