Not a terrible axe for a green, in fact the level on it is quite high (120). I recently respecced to Enhancement on my Orc Shaman and am using this until I can get something better. I managed to find a "of the Monkey" on the AH for a few gold. +15 Agil +24 Stamina.

The axe beats https://www.wowhead.com/cata/item=31153 Axe of the Legion for instance, a weapon that I see many lvl 70 enhancement shaman running around with.

I think they must be doing it because AotL is "superior" quality, and would rather have blues than greens despite the fact that some greens are actually better.

Apparently it is a good mage weapon as well. Just ask Shade of Aran.

Got Rockbiter Cutter of the Wolf on my Level 73 Hunter at the moment, paired with Draknoid Arm Blade.

The Rockbiter Cutter is not a bad green weapon. It's kind of slow, though. But besides that, if you can't afford the rares, epics, and legendaries, then you have yourself a pretty decent weapon.

Slow is a GOOD thing for a main-hand weapon, if you're a dual-wielder. The slower the weapon, the higher the damage per strike, and therefore the higher the damage for Whirlwind, Sinister Strike, or Overpower.
