Because of its very high chance of proccing, this is actually a better poison for leveling rogue

Do you guys find this poison useful ?
I never tried it though becuse it looks useless to me. (Unless some npc heal themselves a lot I guess, but haven't seen any so far)

If you are a mutilate build this is 1 of 3 poisons you can use to get 50% increased damage without messing up gouge or blind, and its the only one that causes damage without messing up gouge or blind

With Mutilate for PvP i'd highly recommend Crip in off hand and This in the main...Its the only poison that damages the target instantly and also causes a poison debuff. Plus that (up to) 50% minus to heal is really great against any healing class or anybody with a healbot. Good stuff.
For PvE i'm thinking deadly still
