Where to get these items from.

These items like many other Tier items, require a Tier token. All the Tier tokens can be obtained from Ulduar 25 man.
However, the Head and Chest TOKEN can be purchased from the Justice Point vendors in Dalaran for 770 points each.
The Gloves and the Pants (Not the Tokens, but the items themselves) also drop from Emalon 25 man in Vault of Archavon.

Shoulders - Conqueror's Terrorblade Pauldrons - Costs Mantle of the Wayward Vanquisher - Tier Token Drops from Yogg-Saron 25
Chest - Conqueror's Terrorblade Breastplate - Costs Breastplate of the Wayward Vanquisher - Tier Token Drops from Cache of Winter (Hodir 25) and is also sold by Magister Sarien for Horde and Arcanist Firael for Alliance for 770 Justice Points

I searched for a matching pair of boots, but could not find one. The ones mentioned above dont seem to be the correct color. The legs actually are long enough you can get something simple like Dandred Boots, and looks pretty good. If anyone can find a tier appropriate set of boots that would be cool.

i have found this belt Ghostflicker Waistband and these boots Boots of the Neverending Path to go pretty well with this tier 8,5. At least on human female model.

As an alternative to the belt you can use Bloodfang Belt too!
