The chest looks really good on draenei female! The cut is nice. ;)

75-ish mail sets with same/similar looks:

Green: Nerubian Hive (BOE leatherworking)
Red: Orca and Trapper
Purple: Amberpine and Shoveltusk. Frostscale Binding (BOE leatherworking) which has different boots.

If you don't like the shoulders and you are a hunter, the s2 (Merciless Gladiator's Chain Spaulders) set matches with this particularly well.

Edit: Also the best part about this set is that it's craftable, so if you like the look of the Amberpine and Shoveltusk sets then farm up/buy some borean leather and have it made for you. :)

This set uses the Blue variant of the "Northrend B1 Mail" artwork and forms a complete eight-piece set of that art.

There's one more source for the wrists: Bands of Channeled Energy. Not that they'd be visible anyway.

Note that both the gloves use two different models. Frostscale Gloves are thinner than the rest of the gloves.

The boots come in three different models: Shoveltusk Greaves are chunkier than the rest. Plane-Shifted Boots and Tightened Chainmesh Boots (both quest rewards), have tapered tops.
