Do you need to do Upper or Lower Blackrock Spire to do this achievement, and how would I get to the one I need to do. Also, should I be able to solo this as an 80 Hunter.

Just a tip is to get a group of people in a party, one or two people that can get the eggs aggro and bring them back without dying, (Someone that can tank) or someone with a speed boost (Something like a rogue) Then get the rest of people to AOE the crap out of the area and make sure averyone has a AOE

Did several runs with my guildmates to get them this title. As a blood DK, it's not tough to round them up and tell group to dps the crap out of them once they're all focused on me. AFAIK timer doesn't start until damage to whelps begins.

Ended up getting it solo. Just got to the room, hatched a bunch of eggs, then went around and pulled all the whelps I'd just hatched, then just one multishot and the title was mine.

point - if you have a low end computer and are going to attempt this, it may be a good idea to turn the graphics down looooow before starting, else the numbers are likely to crash your client

So, I have my Death Knight. I'm level 85, I don't really have time to run an instance, so I figure I might as well get the achievement here, right? Run in, kill the lower level mobs and work my way up to the rookery. I've done this with a couple of alts, but none of them where anywhere near as easy (or awesome) as with my Death Knight. You want to do it? Here's what you do:

1) Run around the room cracking open eggs and getting 50+ following you around.
2) Stop, turn around and face them.
3) Outbreak puts your dot/diseases on one of them
4) Pestilence spreads the dot/diseases to the rest
5) Death and Decay to add another disease and another dot
6) Blood Boil which is another aoe that works even better if you have diseases on your target

And that should pretty much do it. You can hit blood boil again if you want, but you probably won't need more than one hit with it.

Ok, I had a hard time getting this. I am a clothie and the little whelps hit me hard. I think I first tried to solo it at level 80. I just couldn't survive long enough to gather up 50 whelps, and spend another few secs on AoEs.

I thought I was destined to have to be with a group. Hard to get as my guild is small (3 people and no one is ever on anymore.)

Now I am a level 85 clothie, I am okay, but not great gear. I fish the Darkmoon Faire shipwreck nodes and gather a few Earthen Potions, which increase armor by 4800 for 15 sec. I decide that this may help me finally get Jenkins.

When I do return to the rookery, I try it once without the potion to see if maybe now I can solo it. But I cant.

So with the potion hot buttoned, I try again. About two thirds of the way through the rookery, my health is very low, so I pop the potion and continue. Viola. success.

Got this on my main and made an alt called "Leëroy" ("Leeroy" was taken) and asked one of my guildies to run me through UBRS as soon as I was eligible :)
