aweful quest for me: not only aren't there many spawns of the felsworn, they tend to evade-bug quite often (those in the huts do, at least) while attacking with shadow bolts and infinite mana. also i for some reason only get credit for half of the kills, filed a GM report about it.

Really not worth spending 60 minutes on, if you ask me. :(

The mob (Tzerak) that drops the item that starts this quest is bugged and does not spawn in 3.0.2.

Blizzard is aware of the issue through bug report forums, but whether this will receive attention before, with, or after WotLK remains to be seen.

This quest -had- been bugged for me for a long time. I finally today ticketed a GM to see if anythng could be done about it. The GM was very nice and was able to despawn the NPC and within 2 minutes the summoners spawned and so did the demon and he dropped the quest no problem. I also witnessed him spawn again soon after.

My advice is that if you want to do the quest open a ticket to a GM, I assume after the Tuesday downtime this quest will re-bug but I might be wrong.

This happened on the server "Area 52".

I had been working on Loremaster of Kalimdor for quite a while and got down to 729/730 saving this quest for last. I put a ticket in to a GM and explained the situation and he ported me directly to the mob for me to get my achiement completed. If any of you have this same issue try what I did and you will be happy.

Required mob spawned and dropped the quest item with no issues as of 02.09.2009 (Proudmoore server).
Witnessed respawn a few minutes later also.

Be careful when doing this quest to not get too deep into Nazzivian. The satyrs have a truly monstrous aggro radius, and the treants that wander the area have an extremely quick respawn timer (somewhere in the area of 15 seconds). Add to that the multitude of patrolling mobs and it's very, very easy to be overwhelmed and die in a spot where there's no safe place to rez.

Well i just done this Q an it worked fine for me... terible respawn timer on the treants though it was a helpfull source of crystalised bark. At lvl 15 i had no trouble completing this quest... you just have to be carefull who you agro. =D

Tzerak seems to be spawning fine. I killed him and then saw him again two minutes later.

Counts towards Loremaster of Kalimdor.

Working On Loremaster post 4.0.3a Got stuck at 59/65. Was able to finish achievement with the quest "Signs of the Legion" from a quest drop I got after killing Tzerak. Confirmed, was able to complete with 60/65. Working fine...

As of 11/30, this quest is a bit buggy/glitchy. While Tzerak spawns with no problem, the Satyrs and the Felsworns will begin to attack and then stop and return to their "tents" or they will never leave their spot at all. The quest is still do-able though.

I did the quest today as a human paladin without any problems, but I couldn't do it a month or so ago.

As a draenei mage, which I tried before, I didn't have any problems.

as of yesterday i try to drop off the quest and that wont let me drop off but it show yellow ? but the quest is gray so i can not drop it off

The mobs needed are in the surrounding area.

I get the message "there so many around I think they are multiplying or something" When I "click" on ? blood wactch. I doe not get my quest there, but I killed 8 and 8 satyrs and Felhorns.

What could be happening?

Has this quest been removed? The summoners now just appear, start a casting animation, and after a short period of time they just despawn without summoning Tzerak.

Bugged for tbc: classic, Tzerak does not spawn.

Tzerak is now spawning again in the Burning Crusade Classic as per the latest hotfix. You are now able to kill and loot Tzerak's Armor Plate to start this quest as intended.

Descrizione

The armor scrap is forged from a deep black metal that seems to absorb light. Although it doesn't appear to be enchanted, there is an unmistakable sense of wrongness about it.

Such armor is only used by one force - the Burning Legion. The Legion's presence here can only mean that they're intending to mobilize the island's satyr against the draenei.

Take action against the local satyr, then return to Blood Watch and show this armor scrap to Vindicator Aalesia.
