Pretty easy, for those who don't read Quest Log, you have to suffer and read them here :P

Get Quest,
Go up to the ruins of Lodaeron.
You can see two green pools.
Stand top of one of those.
Open the bag that Q giver give you,

Use one of them to summon a creature which lives inside the pool.
Use frog to feed him,

If he leave use decoy kit to summun him again

The moat they are talking about IS NOT the one at the bottom of Undercity (if your at the equal level of the bank you are in the wrong area)
The moat is at the top equal to the level with the teleport to Silvermoon

First you use the Alliance Decoy Kit given to you in the Moat Monster Feeding Kit in the water and the moat monster will show up as a tentacle. Then throw the Bloated Frog at the monster. You'll have to call him about 2-3 times to get the 10 frogs thrown.

When you use the decoy kit, your character will randomly say one of these lines.

You don't even have to target the tentacle, just stand on the bridge, use the mask, then use the frog 4 times...then the tentacle goes away and you have to use the mask again...e z p z lemon squeezy

If you click quickly on the frog you can toss 2 frogs at once and complete the quest while only having to drop the dummy one time. Can save a little time.

You do not need to fish for anything.

Simply go to the pools in the Ruins of Lordaeron, the uppermost level of UC, before entering the elevators, and open the Monster Feeding Kit. The frogs are supplied for you.

Description:
"Today is feeding day."

It's been "feeding day" the last 4 days now. How much does the bastard eat? Not to mention that those frogs also seem to be a real hassle to breed.
It would be pretty nice if the moat monster would order a pizza for a change.

When i got this quest i didnt know what to do i went to the top of UC opened the bag and i started spaming the 2 items and was ready for less than minute.

Just wondering, if this thing is supposed to protect Undercity, why doesn't it protect us from the real Alliance? :(

We've fed these frogs bloated spiders, that were fed bloated flies, and now, we are going to feed a real monster.

This is likely a reference to the character Renfield from Bram Stoker's famous novel, Dracula. Of course, the zoophagus Renfield would then feed the spiders to sparrows, then eat them in order to collect their life force.

Every time I do this quest I trick myself into thinking there's an Alliance raid attacking. It's just so realistic.

I hope this helps some but, you may only need to summon him twice, max, if right when you right click on the frogs and just keep clicking as fast as you can. I got five frogs off before he went down the second time. :)

The moat above, in the Ruins of Lordaeron, is home to our very own moat monster.

Today is feeding day. But we must train it as well. In this bag, you will find a decoy kit and some bloated frogs. Use the decoy kit, then toss the frogs to the monster when it appears.]
