Is there some sort of requirement for this quest? The quest giver isn't showing it for me.

The Fishing and Cooking dailies in the Major Cities as of Patch 4.1 are linked, meaning you can still only complete 1 Major Cooking- or Fishing Daily a Day.
Rewards are still the same, with more cities there is just more variety of quests, low lvl players do not need to go to Org or SW to get their daily.
Rep is rewarded according to where u pick up the daily.

This does not include the Cooking Dailies offered in Shattrath or Dalaran.

I tried looking for the sewer caps and saw them on the minimap but was unable to see any of them. Is the quest bugged ? Or has anyone been able to complete the quest?

If you have already done the daily cooking quest in either Thunder Bluff or Org then this quest giver will not allow you to pick up the quest. This goes for the new fishing dailies as well.

Finally! This sewer entrance is across the water between Apothecary and War Quarter up some stairs. Cross the water (away from AH) and run from Apothecary and u will run right into these stairs. Super easy once you know where to go..:)

Really helpful post! Before I crossed the canals I ran from the mage quarter through the war quarter while watching across the canal for the stairs. They're easy to pass up if you're not looking them, but pretty obvious if you are. They're on the outer ring between the apothecarium and the war quarter, just follow them and it's easy!

This quest was driving me nuts until I finally found the stairs at 47:39 that lead up into the sewers. What you're after are little orange mushrooms growing throughout the Sewer tunnels there..

I've done the Undercity dailies repeatedly but somehow this one NEVER shows up and it's driving me crazy. Am I missing something?

I'm having difficulty getting this quest to rotate around.. for the past three weeks i have been doing the UC cooking daily just waiting for this fungas among us quest. is it a low rate to come around ?
