Make sure you do this the same time as the escort quest, otherwise you won't be able to turn it in if you have to go back and kill more (npc disappears)

When you talk to the Highbank Lieutenant you have two options; "Dismissed!" and "<Make a series of complicated hand gestures>". If you select the 2nd option, here is a list of the funny stuff that the squad says back to you.

- Sir, I think the explosions and gunfire gave us away. You don't have to use hand signals.
- I don't think that is physically possible, sir.
- Leading under the influence...
- Now that's just rude...
- What the heck was that?
- What did you just call my mother?
- You want me to steal third? (Hilarious baseball reference!)

It looks like its just these few sayings, but they're funny!

I was playing around with the <Make a series of complicated hand gestures.> command and my squad's medic reacted "Was that... Yoga?". I didn't saw this one on the list above so I tought I'll post about it... It's hillarious, this is the best squad ever! XD

I am trying to do this quest.. and Im not getting credit for a single kill. Not one. I cant figure out how to do this quest. or get those guys to even follow me.

Yet another stupid quest in the Cataclysm expansion. It's a very confusing quest. No real guidelines on how to get it done. I get killed and my spirit is on the other side of the closed gate from where my corpse is, so I have to go the resurrection sickness route. Thank you, Blizzard, for yet another badly designed quest.

This quest is seriously awful. I had to drop it and get it again multiple times, because either the NPCs never showed (and I couldn't get a new set), or the NPCs decided to randomly attack whatever the hell they wanted instead of following me. They do not go in the direction they should be going, and they get lost in the mix of random NPCs fighting each other. This is stupid. Skipping it!

EDIT: Pick up "If the Key Fits", then drag them to the location you need them to be. They will not enter combat instantly if you WAIT before picking up "Paving the way".

Ok, to make things a little bit clear for those like me who had problems doing this quest.
First of all don't accept both quests @ the same time, start with if the key fits, accept it and turn around, you have to walk away from the fight in the direction up the hill.
Once you past the fire there you can accept the other quest, paving the way.
If you accept both at same time they will join the fight where the quest begins and the won't follow you anymore.

Sry forgot to mension that the guy who gives you the second quest is in your squad so he follows you, you don't have to go back to get the second one.

ok. figured it out. I was still in combat from the previous quest. They just go right to the hill and start if your in combat. out of combat, they follow.

If your having the same problem I am and handed in the other quest first and can't hand this one in. Go back to Warlord Krogg at 29:41 and tell him you've lost the Gob Squad. You'll get them back and can hand in the quest that way.

Today I accepted both quests. Before you take off, look around. There are foothills and you can run over them and around most of the mobs. On the way to the first gate, another squad (not a player, but NPCs) joined in the fight. Toward the second gate, "we" skirted the big mobs and hugged the gate. Just remember, when the explosives are set, definitely clear out. I was tossed by the explosion into a crowd. My Ghoul took the mob on and I ran for the gate. Complete! I like quests where I can figure out a different way of going. And maybe Blizz has reworked this to make it better.
