anyone know the required quest to do b4 this one in order to do it? according to this i meet the requirments so it obviously has to be done after other quests.

You actually have to work your way up to this quest, as it's part of the series in Thousand Needles that you have to go through in Cata as Alliance. It goes as follows:

All of these quests are right around level 40, and seem to be pretty straightforward. If you're 85, you'll have no difficulty at all.

Just thought I'd share, 'cause I had the same question (was farming the belt for an armorset).

The quest title is a reference to Jim Jarmusch's movie "Down by law", where Roberto (played by R. Benigni) sings the short song: "I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream".

I think it's a reference to Dethklok, an imaginary death metal band that star some hilarious flash series seasons. In their first episode, they compose a jingle for a coffee company (Duncan Hills). The fans literally die for coffee and also scream for their cream, all included in the lyrics.

Pretty awesome anyway, haha.

to help me find them.
