It may sound insane, but you can even catch/pullout a bullet while they shoot at you!

Edit: this quest rewards a Kevlar Vest.... Now there's a quest reward I could've used BEFORE the quest, dammit!

At the tower at 33.4,54.4 there are two Dark Iron Lookout NPC's standing next to eachother. Kill the patrolling Heavy War Golem and stand in between the Dwarves. Happy bullet farming! :)

As a level 48 Retribution Paladin I just found 2-3 Dark Iron Marksman and stood outside melee range of them for about 5 minutes as they shot at me. You pick up a bullet for every shot, so it's really just a case of waiting around and getting shot at, unless you want to pick up a couple of the crates that are lying around.

As my health started to get low, Sacred Shield would proc and I'd just start healing myself up. Once I had all of the bullets I killed the marksmen off to help with .

I caught two of these in my travels through Searing Gorge long before I even picked up the quest.

Yes if your getting shot by the marksmen you "catch" the bullets by just standing there. They do very little damage, at least for my lvl 85, but its probably quicker to collect the big boxes.

[Those gorge-digging dwarves do at least one thing right: they make very high-quality bullets. I've been unable to reproduce their results, so I've taken to stealing whatever bullets of theirs that I can find.

Ye want my help? Get me a couple hundred bullets from those marksmen below.

I'm sure they'll be happy to give ye their bullets one at a time, but you might find it faster just to look for the crates filled with them.]
