A point worth noting for those who like to ride up or fly low during escorts; the quest triggers while you're walking up the path and the rogues are slow, so its easy to miss if you aren't walking.

They are so faint - come off your mount - talk to the SI:7 Squad Commander found at the bottom of the ramp and you will see very stealthy rogues. Slowly escort them up the ramp where you will encounter Cho'gall - they will "attack" him and fail miserabley but you finish your quest.

How do you finish this quest? I completed it 30 minutes ago and I cannot find where to turn it in. Thought that it might be one of those "auto complete" quests, so I turned off my addons that don't allow that to work. So, now I am lost and can't find where to turn it in. Even went back to the questgiver.... Nothing.

Somehow I accidentally clicked over to Combat Log right as I completed this ...

Well, this is NOT up to Blizzard's normal standards. Firstly, the SI:7 main guy you are looking for, is NOT yet on the upward track. He is lower down, BUT thankfully with a GREEN Character Bar over his head, so you can eventualy find him. OK, so talk to him. His dudes appear ... JUST .... don't run too fast or you'll lose track of their shady outlines. Suddenly, Cho'Gall appears, midway up the upward track. The SI:7 nOObs rush him and die! You are ignored (thanx). After that .... well, keep on up the track and a yellow ? will let you find Mathias Shaw, the SI:7 boss. His first question is "Where are my people?" like it was YOUR responsibility to keep dem alive.... SHEESH.
