To finish these quests:
Trolls, Ogres and Orcs, oh my!
The False Warchief
General Drakkisath, Hand of Nefarian
you will need to enter to upper blackrock spire areas, starting from the entrance area in lower blackrock spire (where the orc NPC gives you the quests) follow the left wall, you will ascend a small flight of stairs and into a hall with smaller side chambers. Each chamber is filled with mobs and a small glowing rune. Defeating the mobs in a chamber will deactivate a rune and once each has faded, a double door at the back of the hall will open.

It took me like 2 hours to realize that i needed to kill the mobs to get that door open, and couldn't get any inside on that from sites.

[Rend Blackhand was the son of an Orc Warchief. His father was slain by Orgrim Doomhammer, who became the new Warchief over the young orc. Rend now stands as the supposed leader of a false Horde of Blackrock orcs, backed by Nefarian and his army of dragons.

The fool claims that the Horde is also his by birthright, and threatens to take it by force! We cannot allow this to occur in light of his master's influence. Find him in the Upper Spire and bring an end to the false warchief, <class>.]
