this quest may still be bugged, im not sure as i havent come accross it yet as far as I know, but I do know that you can still complete the achievement. Currently i've just started The Battle Resumes! and I am on quest 42/45, so the achievement is still do-able unless there is some sort of bug.

This quest is still broken as of 11/25/2010 at 4:20 am. Will head back after the next patch to see if it has been fixed.

GM response: The quest seems to be working properly, If you are using any questing add-ons they may be the cause.

um. tried it with all addons disabled. I do have a theory that I will test before posting however.

No it's still broken, checked with GM.

The issue I think is for characters who completed it before the shattering. I was sat there and many 80s couldn't do it, but new characters had no issues and a few higher levels managed it too. When I quizzed them they hadn't done it before the shattering.

It is possible that your server will have to be restarted before the hot-fix takes effect. As of right now (11/30/10 12:30AM PST) you cannot complete this quest on characters over level 60 on the server US Aerie Peak. This most likely goes for all servers that have not been restarted since the hot-fix.

With that being said, I have seen players under level 60 successfully complete this quest today.

according to patch notes, as of today you can complete it. i still have to go home and check this as it is the last one I need for the caravan achievement.

Blue post:

"Level 61+ players should now be able to complete the quest "Uther's Blessing" by using the item Chillwind Tribute at Uther's Tomb."

EDIT: This should be working for US realms, but EU is getting maintenance tonight, so hold on :) I will test tomorrow morning...

As of 11/30/10 on US Lightning's Blade this quest works for lvl 80s. Just completed it without a problem.

As of today's patch re-push and hotfix's, THIS QUEST IS WORKING. (November 30th, 2010)

I too was many of the high level (80) characters that have done this quest in the past and was not able to complete it just yesterday. After server maintenance today I tried it again and is now able to complete and continue the chain.

I can confirm that the quest can be completed now by lvl 80's. Just got it.
For me, both this one in WPL and the Battle of Darrowshire in EPL were bugged but since today, both work as intended.

Edit: After completing the chain i was stuck at 43/45 quests done but no need to panic! New quests are opened at Mender's Stead.

found a secret to this! /kneel inside the light around the statue, and you get a crit blessing, then use the Chillwind Tribute, and you get two blessings and they stack! lucky me
