This appears to be the new way to get Gordok Ogre Suits (Excluding Tailoring/Leatherworking) in Cataclysm

It has both advantages and disadvantages over the pre-Cata version

Advantage is that you no longer need to supply Bolts of Runecloth, Rugged Leather or Rune Thread

However, the Disadvantage is that it appears to no longer grant 75 Steamwheedle Cartel Rep

The Ogre Tannin is on the floor right above where the goblin was, though there's only one per instance from what I've seen from the basket though. It can also be found in Knot Thimblejack's Cache which you need Gordok Shackle Key to unlock the goblin. The key has a instance zone drop basically.

*edit - Forgot to mention Gordok Bushwacker spawns when you open the basket :x

Though it has yet gone untested the new setup for this quest makes it impossible to do during random dungeon finder. Specifically, only one Ogre Tannin Basket exists per instance, as most people already know. For those that end up in a lot of random groups that don't read instructions, the idea of the quest is to make a disguise and sneak past the next boss: Captain Kromcrush

Considering only 1 tanin is available per instance, only one person would be able to sneak by. Prepare for a rush to see who can be the only person in your group to complete the quest, and then have fun fighting the boss because the whole group will never be able to sneak by. Only way to finish the quest as intended seems to be if you return and solo it later.

For the record the above boss is in a hall and spawns adds/uses fear. I recommend kiting him to the end of the hall you came in and tanking him there to prevent fear-aggroing the next room. Just Saiyan.
