You have to protect Kinelory as he makes her way around the farm (counter-clockwise inside the cliffs) to the house on the opposite side where you have to defeat the undead Apothecary Jorell. I would strongly recommend taking out as many of the mobs outside the house as possible before allowing Kinelory enters; she doesn't pull the mobs as she walks past them (at least she didn't for me) but they come running once the fight starts. Apothecary Jorell is an easy fight alone, but it's very difficult to keep Kinelory alive against Jorell and three other mobs.
Once Jorell is slain Kinelory collects items from the house and then runs (and I mean RUNS) back to Quay around the upper rim of the cliffs (clockwise). There are only a few scattered orcs on the way back, but she really books it so "stay on your paws" :-)
If Kinelory dies, abandon quest, run back to Quay and wait for Kinelory to respawn (about 5 min for me).

Abiwho already indicated that once you kill Jorell Kinelory will run back to Quae quite fast, but i want to add that if you let her get too far ahead you will fail the quest.

So you might wanna get a bit of headstart while she's busy collecting the items inside of the house. (Altough not too far, because this will also count as failure...)

Also, while running, don't bother fighting mobs if she doesn't or she'll get away.

If you fail nonetheless and you're a guy who's all about perfect statistics you do not need to abandon the quest. She will respawn after 5-10 Minutes and you'll have the chance to try again, without the quest counting as "abandoned".
