Does a move called that deal 5% of health per second. Fyi, You can still attack him while inside his mouth. I didn't realize this when i was 27, when I almost killed him. He hits for about 100-120 physical.

Killed on a 28 demo lock first try, totally doable. Just send Felguard in, spam spells, health funnel when he gets low. Pet will get eaten instead of you.

Solo'ed as a level 25 prot pallie.
He will grab you in his mouth at about 75% and start swimming around the lake, doing about 80-90 damage every couple of seconds. Just keep swinging, even while in his mouth, and he will eventually go down. Only had to FoL once.

I did this as a Level 28 hunter and had no problems at all. I didn't even realize he could 'eat' you! Extremely soloable, I don't think I took a single hit from him and my pet still had 1/3 or so health left.

Soloed this as a 28 holy paladin. So don't look at it with your mouth open like I did wondering "How am I going to do this?" Considering I was a squishy paladin. So just a side note - He does this ability that is called uhmm something bite. Don't assume you can't do anything, you can still attack/cast, whatever. After he uses the ability, He should be fairly easy to down. Hope this helps! Also - Most of the time he's in the middle of the lake, I think, North of the questgiver? Unsure. Good luck !

By the way! For holy paladins, Here's my tactic : Don't use holy shock on yourself, Use it for the elite, Save up Holy Power, then use Word of Glory - Also try not to use Exorcism much - It burns up your mana. So basically, holy shock, word of glory, and exorcism are your main attacks. Holy Light if needed. I suggest using Hammer of Justice when he's at least quarter down, or halfway.

Solo'd as a 29 warrior. Easy.

Soloed as a level 28 goblin sub rogue. Not as easy as other classes, obviously, but still doable. I blew a potion, but I don't think it was necessary. Just make sure to use Evasion at some point.

Did this as a 28 shaman, tho it was pretty sloppy. Had all my totems up on the shore, pulled him over near them. Basically it was 1-2-3: two offensive spells followed by a healing surge, repeat until he goes down. Thunderstorm when it comes up.

Might be because it's 2 AM, but that was the funniest thing I'd seen all night, and it saved my life. I was preparing for the fight to get harder when he devoured me, but he snatched up my fire totem and wandered off with it, allowing me to finish the job.

Solo'd as a lvl 30 tauren hunter easiest thing have ever done , although note that if you run out of the water far enough his health will max again .

Was able to solo this guy with a couple hundred health left.. Level 26 protection warrior, no heirlooms but geared relatively well. Popped a Rumsey Rum Black Label beforehand.. Started with 1626 health.. Had to use a pot once. He does hit pretty hard at level. Good luck!

You pick up this quest from a sign by Cragpool Lake, just west of the Fold. You have to kill a monstrous, level 27 elite fish, Cragjaw. As a level 29 rogue, I found that he is easily solo-able... with the help of the monstrous machine Large Daddy. (Okay, I actually haven't tried it otherwise, but this seems like a pretty good idea)

Get Large Daddy from the little girl at Krom'gar Fortress. Kill the things she needs you to kill, but before you turn it in, head over to Cragpool Lake with him. Cragjaw'll be waiting for you.

-Large Daddy's freezing and flaming actions are useless on the fish. I realized that half-way through the fight.
-For me, Large Daddy died when Cragjaw had about 35% health left. From there, klling him by yourself is manageable.
-If you've already dropped off Large Daddy, I recommend you find a buddy to help you.

For those who are curious and are at level cap, to obtain this quest, you must go to Ashenvale and pick up the quest . Ride the wagon, do the quests at The Fold and once you get sent to Krom'gar's Fortress, you'll be able to see the Quest on the Sign.

Was able to solo him as lvl 27 Combat Rogue. Had 42 left in health after the deed but it was doable.

Did this as a lv 26 combat troll rogue, had over 50% health when finished.

Its pretty solo-able with heirlooms on did it as a 26 prot warrior with 4 heirlooms

Soloed in Beta as a lvl 28 Tauren monk, no heirlooms. Used Touch of Karma and Fortifying Brew at beginning. After he spit me out I used Expell Harm as an instant hit/heal. Had 20% health after he died. He started with over 6k health, my monk 1.6k.

Solo'd this on my level 85 Prot Paladin, ilvl 385, was pretty easy.

First I took the quest, then I swimmed out to Cragjaw, when I was getting nearer to him, I pressed number 3 on my keyboard, that's Judgement, it killed Cragjaw instantly.

Secondly I looted him and flew back to Anara.

Like everyone else Soloed pretty easy. 29 S Priest in quest gear. Might have been a challenge if I was a couple levels lower. Definitely don't need a second person.

As of 4.3.4, ALL of Large Daddy's powers are worthless against Cragjaw.
