Camps are on the ledges to the east of Gnaws Boneyard. Wiggleweed Sprouts are scattered all over the place from the seafloor to the holding pens.

The sprouts also have a random chance of dropping from the naga, and a very high if not 100% drop rate from the orange murlocs (Shimmerspine Harvesters) that hang around on the sea floor.

In order to get you must complete before accepting.
and are NOT needed to take and followups, however that would make you unable to get.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance before done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can take and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.
