This quest starts from Imperfect Draenethyst Fragment which has a chance to drop from any mob in the Blasted Lands.

It is an updated version of an old world quest, the only difference being the level requirements.

It does NOT count towards the Blasted Lands Quest Achievement or the Loremaster Achievement.

The quest is repeatable, you can go turn it in every time you find a fragment, although it might not be worth doing it multiple times.

The reward bag contains a green item, iLvl 49-52, so the only reason for doing the quest is if you want a few greenies for sharding or have really shabby gear.

I got the quest started from a rare basilisk, Deatheye.

Edit: Seems to drop from every rare 100%.

You're likely to pick up quite a few of these as you quest in Blasted Lands, but you won't want to trek back to hand them in each time you find one; fortunately, you can stack them in one inventory slot and turn a bunch in in one go. With the rewards in "Kum'isha's Junk" bag being uncommon items of level 48-53 I certainly found it worth it.

I didn't think Lost Ones were considered Draenei, but then again I'm neither a Draenei player nor an Alliance player, so I really have no idea how mutated spacegoats are classified. :p

Common loot one green lvl 44-48.

In order to get Kum'isha's Junk you need to obtain Imperfect Draenethyst Fragment.
These are steadily obtained by rare mobs in Blasted Lands but all mobs in Blasted Lands can drop them.

Ones you have one or more start the item quest then turn them in at 48, 31 to the NPC named Kum'isha the Collector.

Good for transmog and disenchanting.
