This is outside the cave. Use the inside teleport and take the path up the hill @ 40,35.

This is in the Blasted Lands and is a follow-up of a quest.

This is on top of a mountain, with Shadowsworn mobs (so you know what path to take).

Upon doing the event, in this order mobs spawn and do a channeled damage:

1 mob
1 mob
2 mobs
2 mobs
5 mobs

They look the same like warlock pets.

This is very easy, except maybe the 5 mobs. They do a lot of damage, so you shouldn't let Loramus' Body's health lowers at the easy waves.

Ignore the rest of these comments. They're confusing a simple issue. Lets assume you've just left the cave of the quest giver. Turn right and run a short distance. You'll see a wide path leading up guarded by pairs of enemies. Kill them as you ascend.

Kill all the mobs at the top, then mount the altar and right click on it. Then get off the altar and start circling it. Kill each mob as it appears. Im a mage and I two-shotted all of them. Easy kills.

If you remain on the altar it is too difficult to get line of sight as they keep moving.

I lost Loramus once, then started circling the altar and it was very easy

okay...all of these comments suck. The path starts at 41;35. Those without coords if you are looking at your big map the path starts just NW of Dreadmaul Post right below a cave. There are a few mobs on the way up but nothing you can't handle

Tried this several times solo, failed miserably. Priest are slow killers, instead of killing the channelers hit them with your fastest cast & keep running, you stun them & they break the channel & come after you (I died @ the end but Lorumus was raised & waiting back in the cave for me

Alter is on the spine in the middle. If you have your camera at just the wrong angle (like I did) the alter will look like just another bone in the spine. When you get about half way up rotate the camera to the side and the alter is easy to see.

The altar is located in the center of the platform inside of what looks to be a rib cage. The altar is the same color as the rib cage so it is difficult to see. There is a bad guy standing next to the altar guarding it and the cog will appear when you mouse over it.

Once you kill all the bad guys click on the altar and the resurrection will begin. This causes more bad guys to spawn on the platform who then attack with lightning bolts to disrupt the resurrection. I tried several times to kill the attackers and failed, they spawned way too fast. Here is the trick to success. As soon as you start the resurrection, summon your mount and ride in a circle around the platform running over the monsters to disrupt their spells. This will draw their attention to you and they will then chase you around the platform. Just keep riding and eventually the resurrection will complete and then you can just ride off. Piece of cake once know the trick.

And you might want to change directions once or twice; you can get very dizzy doing it this way.

Outside the tunnel you got the quest from there will be a path to the right with 2 Shadowsworn Enforcers. Take that path to the top and all the way back is the altar you need.

i did this as a lev 65 priest and it took several attempts. i found loramus didn't accept healing or protection spells, and there wasn't enough time to actually kill the attackers. the riding the horse around the outer edge of altar (don't get off the altar), running into whatever attackers you see, eventually worked. i had quite train of mobs on me by the end but my lev was high enough they couldnt even knock me off my horse. one thing lower lev priests could try is holy nova to attract more than one attacker at a time. i found i still had loramus's body afterword and the "gear" icon still showed, so you may be able to complete this part of quest chain more than once.

the symbols on above map arent correct. but you probably realize that if you are doing this quest chain, also the quest after this is actually "you are rakh'likh, demon!", not "time is short".

Go around the mountain and up the hill. The altar is in the middle of the rib cage. There's a small stone bench that is clickable. Click it, then run around the outside of the rib cage killing everything. I put my voidwalker on aggro and let him take care of everything.

If you fail, wait a minute and then the stone bench will be clickable again. After he's resurrected, he'll leave and head back to the cave. You don't have to escort him or anything.

I tried the mount idea with a combat rogue, level 55 . It didn't work for me...the MOBS chased me, but enough damage got through and the quest failed. Finally I called upon reinforcements: my mechanical yeti. This worked perfectly. We killed the mobs very quickly.

The altar of storms is located just to the right of the outside bloodstone. Just follow the cliff and you will soon reach a path that winds upwards. You'll have to kill 5-6 mobs along the way to reach the altar.

At the altar itself, I found that you only need to kill the two mobs in front of the ramp, and the warlock on the altar itself to clear the way. The rest of the mobs will not aggro if you stay near the altar during the ritual.

On my lvl 58 goblin warlock, the best way I found to knock out the mobs attacking the body is to run around, shoot them with my wand, and pull them together and hammer them down at the same time. They die faster than the regular mobs, so they should not be much of an issue. The same goes for when the five of them pop up at the same time. shoot them to get them to stop casting, gather them all together, and AoE them down as best you can.

At 85, this quest was bugged for me the first few times I tried it. I'd mow down the mobs, Loramus would give the 'mission accomplished' dialogue, but the quest status would not update.

Tried a few more times before giving up and alting. Came back an hour later and the quest had reset enough to where it worked.
