Drowning Soldiers can be found around - 49,22

Given how crowded this area is with the Cataclysm release, I thought I would mention a tip to anyone stressing over not being able to find any spawns.

There is an area in the seakelp that has two drowning soldiers that spawn fairly close to one another. Conveniently enough, few people were camping those two spots, even when it was most crowded right after the midnight release.

Be sure to use this macro:
/tar Drowning Soldier
/use Enchanted Conch

These two tips should make it easier to complete this quest much quicker when it is as crowded as it is currently.

I found several that spawn near each other. On your zone map, find the "s" in Legion's Fate, then look just north of that for the upside-down floating ship. I found multiple spawn points under the ship about 1/3 the way up from the sea bed. Also, if you're having trouble spotting them, try this macro:

/tar Drowning Soldier
/run SetRaidTarget("target", 1)
/use Enchanted Conch

The macro will target the soldier, put a star over its head, and try to use the quest item on it. If you're too far away, look for the star and head toward it.

1. Call of Duty (ride the ship)
1. Sea Legs (gather 3+1 objects)
1. Pay It Forward (rescue 6 soldiers)
1. Rest For the Weary (go to Taylor)

Buy Us Some Time (kill 8 nagas) Traveling on Our Stomachs (get 8 crab meats)
To Arms! (gather 4*4 items) Stormwind Elite Aquatic and Land Forces (gather 6 items)

2. On Our Own Terms (go to Taylor)
2. All or Nothing ("defend" and get captured)

In order to get you must complete before accepting.
and are NOT needed to take and followups, however that would make you unable to get.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance before done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can take and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

Lady La-La's necklace drops for Lady La-La's Medallion. There are conflicting reports of what quests are needed for the item to drop.
This is also a good time to kill Gilblingle for waterlogged journal which starts Blackfin's Booty.
