The objective for this one is outdated.
It says "Report to Williden Marshal at Marshal's Refuge..."

It should have been 'Marshal's Stand'

You can't take this quest if you have taken Warchief's Command: Un'Goro Crater!. Interestingly enough, even if you've already taken this quest and then take the Warchief's Command, this quest gets replaced by the Warchief one. Make sure you take this one since (at level 49) it awards 4380 experience whereas the Warchief's Command quest only awards 810.

I finished all the quest in Tanaris at level 48 (1/4 of the way through ) so this quest wasn't avaliable...

You can do both quests. First take Ordine del Capoguerra: Cratere di Un'Goro!, go and deliver. Don't take any other quests. Then go take this one and deliver. Just done so.

Also note: This quest is lvl 48. I ran all the way into Un'Goro, delivered this quest, just to see no new quests available.

So if you are on this quest: Don't deliver it until you are lvl 49, as quests will become available then.

Well shake the sand out of your boots, because I've got a proposition for you. Williden Marshal is looking for competent sellswords such as yourself. He's set up camp at Marshal's Stand, just southeast of the volcano in the center of lush Un'Goro Crater.

Then again, paradise isn't for everyone, <race>. It's up to you. Your tropical oasis awaits.]
