Get naked, drown, spirit release and hit it with the weapon you got in reward inthe preqest is my best guess if you're doing it at level 80 at least>
Gouge is usually better then SS since it dont hit as hard.

Edit; trying my way here, best (and cheapest) way would be to cheapshot the targets, and then evis them!

Even easier. Sub spec, premeditate, then evis.

Just confirming..I did this on my lvl 43 troll rogue.
1)Get naked.
2)Use starting weapon.
3)Drown yourself and take the rezz sickness.
4)Stealth and use Cheap Shot and then Eviscerate.

One thing I found that worked really well is to use the new lvl83 ability called "Redirect". Kill one Tiki, then redirect the combo point to another one and Evis.

What worked for me was a quick Cheap Shot and turn tactic.

[I tink I have something I can show ya. It's pretty simple really, but it should help.

As ya fight ya enemies, ya will be able to see dere weaknesses and set up for devastating combo attacks. After ya've struck a few blows to weaken ya foe, finish dem off with a vicious evisceration attack.
