I went in the cave, found him but couldn't interact in any way with him. Any clue?

It's not showing up for me either. I've been reading that a lot of people (especially on alliance side) that are having trouble in un-goro with quests not showing up.

To do this quest, you have to do a prerequisite quest, Lost!

The first quest in this chain is Finding the Source.

I discovered as I did this quest that you slap him by hovering your cursor over him and right click. That's how you slap, its quite unique! Hope this helps anyone who is curious and/or needs help!

You can slap him even if he's not woozy. Before I brought him back I slapped him several times for fun.

Had to run back OUT thru the "gate" to the encampment before the quest registered as complete...dunno why.

This quest is bugged! I found sack, then found Ringo and accepted escort quest. Kept him going with slapping and giving water (and killing threats all the way back to Marshal's Stand).
Brought him to Spraggle Frock and waited -- NOTHING! Couldn't get quest completion.
Complete waist of time!

I ran through the camp several times before discovering that you need to enter by the northeast entrance to get quest completion. That is, if you're running back take the left-hand entrance on the side of the camp closest to you.

I was exploring this area, when all of a sudden, the heat just became unbearable. I must be suffering from heat exhaustion.

Please, help me get back to my friend Spraggle at Marshal's Stand. I think I'm well enough to follow you there.

I am feeling a little out of it, so you can slap me if I'm feeling woozy. If I do happen to faint again, just splash some water on me from Spraggle's canteen. That should work, I hope...]
