Being a Tuskarr must suck. Pirates slaughter kill the residents of one of their villages, pirates p!ss off some mist monsters who destroy two more villages and their inhabitants, conflict and magical mishaps drive Wolvar to encroach upon and attack yet another village, and that same magical mishap destroys another and makes ghosts of it's inhabitants.

That's four of their seven towns that have been destroyed. Poor Walrus men :'(

Have you noticed that the reward is You will receive: 7g 40s (+ 13g 23s at level 80) That's 20 g 63s from a single, easy quest. Maybe it's rewarding this much because it doesn't offer any choice of reward (Purse or Writ) so it's possible that this quest is one of the Crusader Only ones

This village is located North East of the new island Hrothgar's Landing. Hrothgar's Landing is located directly North of the Argent Tournament Grounds.

Many bodies are scattered all over the place. I've found at least 3-4 in one designated area.

Very easy quest to do. Definitely worth the extra Champion's Seal!

The whole eastern side of Hrothgar's Landing is the village, look for targetable green "Slain Tualiz Villager" on the ground.

I'm not exaclty sure the requirements of picking this up...
I'm a champion in one city right now (Just hit 80 less than a week ago), and this quest is nowhere to be found, only the regular Valiant quests to become a champion, and the 4 Champion's dailies. (Threat from Above, Battle Before the Citdel, Among the Champions, Taking Battle to the Enemy).

I have also completed the Black Knight chain all the way up to The Black Knight's Fate (completed). <--

Maybe helpful to know that the mobs in the quest area can drop a quest starting item.

Using the Confessor's Prayer Book on the Slain Tualiq Villagers doesn't seem to aggro the mobs. The fastest way to complete this quest is to mount up and fly around until you spot a body, use the book on the bodies from a safe distance and mount up again. Once you aggro one of the mobs you'll most likely pull more of them due to their knock back skill (which is pretty annoying when you're trying to get the quest done quickly).

I've been listening to Confessor Paletress speak, and I must tell you, her words have given me much to consider. It is not enough to fight beside the crusaders; we must take up their mission.

Off the north coast is Hrothgar's Landing, where the seagoing Kvaldir have overrun an old tuskarr settlement and slain the villagers. Take this book and read the rites for the dead near the corpses of the villagers. It will allow their spirits to escape the mists engulfing the island and find peace.
