As of Cataclysm Baron Longshore has been captured by the Alliance and held in the stockade at 69,85. Likely to be executed he will bargain for your assistance. Free him from his shackles and he will reveal the whereabouts of his treasure map. And doesn't every pirate captain have a treasure map?

I chose to free him and he gave me the Unusual Map quest.

if you choose "never, you two-timing dog!" it doesn't change the quest. He only says some unimportant things and you can still choose to free him.

This quest is strangly repeatable for me. It shows up as a regular quest, but if I go to Baron Longshore a day after completing it, I can do it again.
