Soloed with a premade lvl 80 DK with premade gear on beta.

A priest boss with Mind Flay, Fear etc. She also spawn non-elite adds occasionally.

Just 2 manned with Shadow priest & resto druid. There were a few close calls but we made it. Both were in pretty much full sunwell/black temple gear. Fear warded the healer + pvp trinket. I had the human racial to help.

Solo'ed as a Holy Pally.

Very very tough to do. The fear really makes this hard as well as the adds. I had to use all of my cooldowns and had 4% mana at the end of the fight. A nice challenge for solo'ing.

Those comments are pretty good, because then you know if you will have to LFG for 30 minutes or just can jump in and solo them.

Edit: Soloed this as retri, though i had to use bubble, HoP and LoH. Good tip for other paladins is to spam Sacred Shield every time it runs out.

Soloed this one too as a prot paladin. Switch to shadow res aura, keep holy shield up and you should be fine.

Khit'rix was meleeing me for 1,900 to 2,100 damage with a 11k damage reduction.
His adds were hitting me for 350-500 non crit. Something tells me no more than three of his adds will be up at any given time. His adds are considered beasts. Weird, huh? An undead summoning BEASTS instead of UNDEAD?
Also Khit'rix has a mindflay that hits about every second for 1,200-1,500 shadow damage. The more shadow resistance you have the more you can resist the damage. However, I wouldn't go out of my way getting +shadow resistance gear.

Did this at 80 with a rogue and holy priest. Rogue DPSd and priest PoM and binding heal to heal both when adds were on priest. Completely ignored the adds, healed through their damage on priest. Fear ward the rogue for 1 fear, after second fear the Khit'rix was down.

A very easy solo for DKs...
Pop Army of the Dead, and for most, if not all of the fight, he'll be focusing on your ghouls, good luck!

Soloed as Prot pally with 28k life.
had shadow resi aura and sacred shield up all the time, still had to heal several times, was kind of tight at the end, so i took a pot, but possible

Easily solo'd as DK without AOTD (saving it for later in the chain). Just pop him with diseases and Death Strike spam and use AMS for Mindflay, saving IBF for the spiders. When spiders come, take them down with a Pestilence+D&D. Not too tough at all.

Had trouble soloing as a well geared Feral. Soloed everything up til now.
Basically just keep Lacerate up spam wipe, pop CDs ASAP etcetc.
Doable but hard.

Actually quite easy to solo as a Prot Warrior, his Mind Flay is reflectable, the adds gives you decent rage and don't hit that hard and allows you to pump out more Revenges, not much to worry about.

Edit: You can also use the runes that The Bone Witch sells for Vyrkul Bones.

His name reminds me of Kitthix from Baldur's Gate 2, the spider minion summoned by the Dark Figurine that you get from the Crypt in Athkatla. Both being spiders, it makes me wonder if this is another vague reference on Blizzard's part or if it's just coincidence.

****ing annoying boss. I first tried this, wiped. Then I checked the comments here, found some tips and tried without army of the dead. Well, when I got him to 3k hp or so. I had used all my cooldowns, death pact, trinket, gargoyle. And just when I was going to kill him. This ****** put fear on me. Well he and his little spiders killed me while I was running..Did it again, same thing, did it again with army of the dead, somehow happened again. Ni hao ^^

It's freaking 04:50 here so im tired. Level 80 dk with decent blue/pvp epics...

I stop trying now. Wont get anything. Just repair bills.

Soloed as a 79 Prot Pally. 22k HP, 543 def, 75% avoidance.

Seal of Corruption, Shadow Resist Aura, Blessing of Sanctuary. Harder than the previous quest here. Summons non-elite adds, with about 9k HP, every now and then. Feared me a few times. Ignored the adds and just killed him, then finished the adds off. Helpful to be able to remove the poisons that the little spiders do. One-shot but not super easy.

Quite easily soloed as an 80 Enhancement Shaman. Like all elites just use Feral Spirit and Shamanistic Rage to keep yourself healed up as you burn him down. Just ignore the two adds he spawns until after you kill him, they don't hurt very much.

Hits for 2.5k on cloth, moves fast, and fears frequently, making this damn near impossible to solo as an 80 mage. The Mind Flay means you can't really kite him and expect to stay alive. If there's a good way to kill him, I haven't come up with it yet.

they arent easy adds, 12k health one at a time is easy, this was 12k health 5 at a time plus the elite. i suggest 2 players on this one

Easily soloed as a feral druid with 40k health. just ignored the adds till the boss was down, and then kill the adds

easy kill for demonology lock with felguard and summon cirle up. be careful with adds, kill them all asap, remember your armor problem :D

Soloed as SP in 5.5k GS Holy gear (i.e. lots of spirit and no spell hit) with 3200 spell power buffed (not procs).

Shadow Protection helps a lot in this fight as Shadow is this guy's primary damage. I got my regular rotation going on him and when he summoned spiders, changed from Mind Flay to Mind Sear which takes the adds down quickly. I kept Renew up so I could survive while he Feared me.

In a nutshell, be fully buffed, Shield and Renew and burn him down fast, using your AE (Mind Sear) to handle the adds.

Got him first time. :)

Took a couple of tries as an 80 frost mage it but its doable once I got the method down. I used Mage Armor and Dampen Magic to help decrease his damage.

As soon as he comes out I summon my WE,cast Mirror Image,cast Icy Veins and just pump out as much dps as possible. The WE will die first so he will end up targeting the copies. At this time I pop cold snap and summon another WE and cast Icy veins until he dies while using WE's freeze to keep the adds in place.

easily solo'd as a ret pally. used the ilvl 232 pvp gear (and honor offset pieces) for max hp. Just focus him down and let SoC and DS deal with the adds. very simple and quick.

Soloed this as prot war, extremely easy, just stood there hitting it. When adds appeared I just cleaved them and continues pounding down.

Easily soloable with ICC geared Arc Mage. Just blow CD's.

relatively easy solo as a level 79 hunter with no Cat gear, just use a tenacity pet spec'd for Thunderstomp and you shouldn't have to worry about adds even with mend pet agro (the boss summons them directly under him, so no need to kite them around)

Easy to solo as demo warlock... just use infernal and pet and it´s all over in 30 seconds or less xD good luck!
