The mushrooms spawn in various locations in the sewer; respawn seems fairly quick. I've found plenty in the arena area, although there are some more through the pipe near the poison/reagent vendor.

And again, 2 chilled meat; pretty easy to get, has a chance to drop off nearly every mob in northrend.

I was able to pick this quest up at level 71 on my mage.

Orton Bennet, the turn-in guy, is located on the top floor of the Curiosities and More shop on the southern side of the Runeweaver Square. ()

I have completed 4 daily cooking quests so far, but this is the only one that seems to be available to me. I get it everyday, even though I know that there are others available. I am still a level 70 with a cooking skill still sitting at 375. Would either of these things be the reason why? Thank you in advance for any answers.

Quest ends at: Orton Bennet - upstairs of "Curiosities & More" directly across the street from "A Hero's Welcome".

Items Required

2x Chilled Meat - Dropped by any Northrend beast.
4x Infused Mushroom - Found in The Underbelly of Dalaran (Dalaran Sewers).

After gathering all the required items, find a cooking fire and use the Meatloaf Pan. Turn in the Infused Mushroom Meatloaf to Orton Bennet.

I recommend going to 31.00, 51.00 in Dragonblight (Near Agmar's Hammer) and get the Chilled Meat off of the rabid bears wandering around, they seem to almost always drop.

Pretty easy to find the 'shrooms in the sewers, along with 2 chilled meat (dropped from most beasts in Northrend). Easy daily.

I hope that WowHead can fix the map for the mushrooms though. Theres a map of The Underbelly (Dalaran Sewers) and with the points plotted like that map. It'd be a lot easier to find.

Anyone else have a problem with the mushrooms not being able to be gathered? I've tried abondoning the quest and logging in and out.

After logging out a couple of times I ended up abondoning the quest and logging completly out when I came back & picked the quest back up I was able to gather the mushrooms

I do believe that's now 6 days on the trot I've got this quest as the daily on Wildhammer EU. Has the RNG gone crazy, or has something changed in 3.0.8? Noticed I'm not getting more than one quest from the Vyrkuls either...

If anyone get a problem, gathering the mushrooms, it's because you're in a group or raid group.

I was in raid group after raid, and couldn't gather the mushrooms. I asked in /2, and a guy whispered me, that it was probably because I was in raid or group. So I left it, and could gather mushrooms again :)

This quest is pretty easy, all you do is go into the Dalaran Sewers and pick up the mushrooms off the floor, now it depends if you have extra chilled meat on you cuz that #$%^ can be hard to farm at times. So have chilled meat on you for the dalaran dailys cause its worth the time saving. Also the NPC to finish this quest might be hard to find for some..he is in the very tip of the runeweaver square in a shop called Curiosities & More at the top of the stairs.

Seems that lvl changes was a bug.

The level requirement for the following quests has been appropriately set to level 65: Shipment: Wicked Sun Brooch, Infused Mushroom Meatloaf, Mustard Dogs!, and Cheese for Glowergold.

QUEST OFTEN BUGGED!

I've had to abandon the quest already and fully exit the game then i was able to pick up 3 then bugged on the 4th one RAWR! then I re-logged with out abandoning and still bugged.

I have already gathered 31 Dalaran Cooking Awards. None of the dailies was Infused Mushroom Meatloaf. It is the only one missing for me to get "Our Daily Bread" achievement. I am on BronzeBeard realm.

For the directionally challenged such as myself, if you're having a hard time finding the entrances to the sewers, go to the Fountain/Statue in the middle of Runeweaver Square, and ask Bitty Frostflinger about "Points of Interest", then "Sewers", then pick one of the three entrances.

The mushrooms are sparkling in numerous places in the sewers and the chilled meat comes from the big creatures in the cold country. An easy quest.
