The mine is on your map directly south of the words "Snowdrift Plains".

Very few aggressive Taskmasters in the mine, the majority are friendly Captive Mechagnomes. Simply right click and speak to them and wait for them to give a reply before the quest credit registers.

As of the latest patch, the quest text is still incorrect. You need to attempt to free 8 of them, not 6 like the quest text says.

This quest really is hard to to... in that freaking cave there are only those 3 taskmasters you need to kill and they have a 10 minutes spawn time... highly recomended to do this when you have lots of time

I had no problem doing this quest; If anything there were too many Taskmasters. I didn't go far into the cave at all, the Captive Mechagnomes re-spawned pretty fast for me (Less than 2 minutes).

apart from hard to find, easiest quest ever, drarves are easy as to kill

the cave is in the same place as the ore samples quest.. just fly to that indicator on your map

Bouldercrag the Rockshaper at Bouldercrag's Refuge wants you to free 6 Captive Mechagnomes and kill 3 Stormforged Taskmasters.

Descrizione

To the southwest, on the western side of the Snowdrift Plains, the iron dwarves have dug a mine into the hillside. There, they use captive mechagnomes, servants of Keeper Mimir, to mine ore.

I don't know where these mechagnomes came from, nor what they would do with their freedom, but perhaps we can win their help.

Go to the Frozen Mine, <name>, and set these creatures free from their bondage. Ask if they would fight alongside us against iron dwarf tyranny.
