As the quest text says, the shrine is directly Southwest of the Stand. The building is shown on your zone map (extremely close-by, before the wall, just south of the stairs shown on the map).

Blessing of Zim'Abwa increases attack power by 245 for 1 hour (within Zul'Drak).

Blessing of Zim'Abwa doesn't stack with Paladin's Blessing of Might, in case anyone was wondering.

I did not get any experience for completing this quest. So if you're not doing it for the blessings, you can throw away all drakkari offerings once you've done the first quest for each statue.

Do not turn in offering while mounted. I did so and didn't get the buff. Once I turned in unmounted, the buff worked as usual.

Do these blessings work in the Gundrak instance? (That is, is it worth hanging on to the Drakkari Offerings for later heroic runs?)

They work in Zul'drak, Drak'tharon Keep and Gundrak.
And all three stack together so you can have 91 MP5, +245 AP and +10% stats for an hour per blessing.
Glad I have 170 offerings.

If you can fly, you CAN land on top of the statue and turn in without fighting the mobs around the base.
