The Ruby Lilac is located under the tree, you can enter the tree by approaching from the south, when you kill the undead who is near it, ignore her coming back in as a BE because she gives you nothing.

The Ruby Lilac is inside the tree trunk. The entrance to the tree trunk is on the south side of the Ruby Dragonshrine.

Just run due south from the Wy4rnrest Temple, where the protector is that gives you a flight to the top of temple, and you will be lined up to the entrance of the tree...but a lot of mobs on the way down the hill so beware.

im a level 72 preist the lady that u have to kill behind the ruby lilac i just sent my shadow feind in first and waited a mintue and then sheilded myself grabbed the ruby and ran out without a prob i highly sugest it since if ur a level 72 like me shes a level 75 not easy to kill with my crap gear right now

Did anyone else get the idea that Malefious wouldn't mind at all if you did get eaten by an emberwyrm? Probably so that he could get back to his important research (otherwise known as the Blight) and be left alone.

How fortuitous it is that the Ruby Dragonshrine lays just to the east. It is there that you will find a flower called the ruby lilac. This lifegiving plant is all that I need to concoct a vaccine for the untainted beasts of this region.

Travel east and search the Ruby Dragonshrine for the lilac.

Just one thing: The dragonshrine, like all the dragonshrines in this blasted wasteland, is beset by the Scourge. Watch your step. We wouldn't want you to be devoured by an emberwyrm.
