Go into the cave and you'll find a ditch and then two possible ways to turn. Go left.

go inside the cave using the southern entrance. Then, as you enter, there is a ramp down and across the ramp is a continuing path. do not take the ramp, take the path past the ramp (straight, and dont take the path to the right). Follow it and it will spiral around to a dead end cliff where Vekh is.

The cave is almost heart-shaped. Vekh at the top of the heart on a ledge, and cannot be reached by taking a right after entering the cave.

When you enter the cave you will see three ways (as you've walked maybe 20 yards into the cave), one leading down to the left, one to the right and one right infront of you - the on infront of you leads straight to Vekh, don't bother with any of the other ways as they both lead to dead ends.

I found it a bit confusing with the two caves so close together...

For the record, it's the Cave with the map notation of 'Trogma's Claim' not 'Death's Door'....

You come to the Mok'Nathal, but you do not understand us. You do not understand our struggle to survive.

If you would understand us, then you will have to endure a taste of that struggle.

To the south are the Vekh'nir arakkoa. They have enslaved a group of ogres in the caverns known as Trogma's Claim and their leader, Vekh is in there.
