Bath'rah the Windwatcher is a highly looked over npc/quest giver in Alterac Mountains due to the fact he only offers shaman and warrior quests (level forty and level fifty).

Head to the river east of Tarren Mill in Hillsbrad. When you reach the river the map will show that you are in Hillsbrad Foothills. Follow the river up (head north) to Alterac Mountains. If you stay on the east bank of the river you'll run into Chillwind Point. There are buildings around there...he's in a hut. It's not too far from Tarren Mill.

I found him at 80.5,66.9 once in Alterac Mountains. I came in from the north instead of directly from Tauren Mill.

the last comment was sarcastic. obviously. To get to Eastern Kingdom, to Undercity, you can take the Zepplin, just outside of Ogrimmar. Master Freeza is the NPC that leads to UC, the other girl NPC leads to Grom'Grol. You can also take the Boat at Ratchet to get to Booty Bay, where you can get a flight Path at the top of the inn. Horde is off to the side, at the top. Flight paths between booty bay and UC are not possible until you get the middle connection point in the badlands? not sure about the zone. I think Badlands.

The Summoning

I did the previous quest, got the 30 tusks, the note he gave me said get 8 each of the charms (24 in all) and I purchased 8 Liferoot at considerable cost - I put the charms in the pot (it turned out I only needed 8) then he gives me the essence. He tells me he is going to summon something and I have to kill it. I accept and wait to kill the thing he summoned - I wait and then I see a bird like dragon (elite) and it disappears. I tried to abandon the quest and get it again - nothing. What a waste of time.

hey its helfull to get a paladin or shaman to help u wit the quest where u kill cyclonian u will need heals and if u r a prot speced warrior then just sell the axe or respec (like me) and if u need help on gnomergan sever (horde) contact me my name is borg

if u are an orc definatly get the axe and enchant it with +5 wepon damge which makes it look cool if u r an taren then get mace if ur an undead then get sword and if ur a troll get sword or axe if ur an dwarf then get the axe if ur an human or night elf then get the sword if ur a gnome get wat u want if ur a fish person (dranie i cant spell ur name) then get the mace o and for u humans if u want u may get the hammer

If you go to the npc and he wont talk to you is because there is a warrior who started a rune quest to kill a wind elemental, help the warrior or kill the elemental to make the NPC interactive.

The wind elemental is in the nearby ruins towards the river.
