There are 2 NPC's you talk to in SP. The first is NUMA...the 2nd is LUMA. This is where you get your tabard.

Luma is at the exit mouth of the tunnel, you can't miss her.

Luma Skymother is found in both Normal and Heroic instances of Slave Pens during the Midsummer Festival. To find her, you must pass through the very first room of the instance. You will then enter tunnel which leads to the large cavern. Luma is located at the end of this tunnel. Note, this is before the first non-holiday boss, Mennu the Betrayer.

this NPC has moved. when you first enter the instance where Lord Ahune is, she is just on the left.

If you were like me and exited the Festival instance WITHOUT turning in the item to the NPC.

You must re-que the intance and enter it again to turn in and finish your quest.

You WILL NOT find this NPC in SP anymore!

BTW: Dont turn in and leave your party members hanging... Help you Party out and finish the instance. The 2 Frost Emblems are incentive enough.

She's the seasonal boss at the start of Slave Pens, in the instance as you come in.
