Got the normal mode version of this one tonight. You can get multiple stacks via an AoE healing spell (Circle of Healing will give you 6 stacks, with the glyph, for example).

ATTN: Holy Priests (and Disc as well)

Procs from the following healing spells for holy priests (sorry, didn't test for disc spec, but most of the info below is still relevant to disc spec).

Renew (only on initial cast, not on ticks)
Prayer of Mending (only on initial cast, not on bounces)
Heals (binding, flash, greater)
PW: Shield
Divine Hymn (once for each tick!)
Circle of Healing / Prayer of Healing (even procs off pet heals). You get one stack for each player/pet healed, so this will get your stacks up to 10 quickly

Does not proc off of Holy Nova or Hymn of Hope or Shadow Fiend.

Regarding Prayer of Healing and Circle of Healing, assuming you have a group of no less than 5, if you cast Prayer of Healing and follow up with a Circle of Healing you then will have a stack of 10! Quick way to reach the stack max and 780 spirit.

Divine Hymn is another great way to reach the stack max quickly as it procs once for each person and each tick. Assuming you cast Divine Hymn for its full duration, you will get 5 stacks for each person that it heals. Obviously, you'll hit your stack max of 10 quickly within 2 ticks if your Divine Hymn is healing 5 people.

This trinket is intresting. Off a single COH, glpyhed, I get 6 stacks. No addition stacks from the H-Priest matery.

I have renew full talented and I only get a single buff of Expansive Mind. Off the renew cast, you only get one tick. Every renew tick does nothing for addition buffs. This trinket is very strong and works wonders for holy priest.

This trinket at full stacks, no other buffs gives ~1200 more mp5, which is nearly +25% mp5.

Anyway getting and keeping 10 stacks isn't an issue. This trinket is very strong and works wonders for holy priest.

It's one of those things.... as a holy priest on alot of the fights, even with 397-410 gear, you'll want the 2pc 391 t12 until you get one of these.

It's that huge for us. A single item can make/break/change your set.

I only wish I could do like solices and dual equip them. Trust me i've tried.

Just got this from our first Heroic Spine kill the other day, replacing the normal version of this trinket. It's amazing and I feel I definitely notice the upgrade in regen over its normal counterpart (especially while playing as Holy instead of Disc). This trinket is absolutely powerful and I definitely recommend it to anyone who's got a chance at getting one.
It'll probably be worth holding onto for a while even going into MoP depending how future trinkets are itemized.
