Thank god. This is what they should have done for Hodir @ Wrath launch instead of making us wait a year for that BoA band-aid. Sure, this time the enchants are no longer BoA, but I think it's fair to make your new characters work a bit for these enchants...it's not like it will take that long with the tabard.

This tabard requires you to be friendly with Therazane to purchase. D'lom the Collector, the Therazane quartermaster which sells this tabard as well as all associated reputation rewards is located in Therazane's Throne, Deepholm.

After recovering two world pillar fragments and doing a few quests towards the third fragment, you will reach friendly with Therazane, and you can buy the tabard from D'lom the Collector. You can grind Therazane rep in dungeons before you unlock the Therazane daily quests. I was 83/110 on Deep into Deepholm when I reached friendly.

HOW TO EARN REPUTATION WITH THERAZANE FACTION

just to give some a clearer picture of what is required in order to start recieving therazane reputation:-

Take the quest in orgrimmar thats around the portal station on the upper lvl between the valley of wisdom and the valley of honor, once u take the quest it will make a portal in the centre of the portal station visible to u, take the portal and as soon as the screen loads the quest finish is in front of you, hand it in and take the next quest from him, get on the npc's mount thats close by and that takes u into maelstrom, u then have a bunch of guys in front of you where u hand in that quest and take further quests, just do these quest chains and they will take you along a journey to where it matters for you.

I was like a few more out there that was seemingly getting frustrated by searching this database for an answer to how to get faction rep with this faction until i reached this page, this seems to be 1 page of data uncorrupted by children boasting or treating it like a blog forum.

In order to get to friendly and get the tabard you must do 79 quests in Deepholm. The questing is linear and you cannot miss, overlook, or skip any of the quests. Just keep doing quests and eventually you'll get to meet the Stonemother. Put another way, there are no "optional" quests in Deepholm before you meet the Stonemother; you must do every single quest available.

There are two major quest chains each which reward you with a fragment of the World Pillar. You must do BOTH before you get the quest chain that leads you to the Stonemother. She has the third fragment.

Once you meet the Stonemother and listen to her speech you can then fly over to her throne room and get the tabard from the small elemental there. From here on the quests do become optional.

Getting to friendly does not open up the daily quests. You will need to continue to questing to open up the daily quests. But if all you care about are the shoulder enchants and want to grind via dungeons; you can stop questing.

I got the quest. "" quest which starts the quest line to at least get friendly with them. Without doing the quest and . But i did have 66 quests done by the time i got . so there are a couple of optional quests at least. I got it immediately after getting the middle fragment.

This tabard can now also be used in Hour of Twilights dungeons, not just the Cataclysms. End Time, Hour of Twilight and Well of Eternity should be added to the list already posted.

The quest to start the deepholm it in stormwind where the portals are at. You have to get the quest from the Tauren and there you go :)
