It's a wonderful weapon, surely one of the better looking at that level. My goblin warlock is very pleased with it and combined with Faded Wizard Hat he's starting to look like a proper warlock.

This staff can actually be translated as staff of the sinister path Left hand in Latin means sinister. (well sinistram if you use the literal translation.) Regardless the translation is very close and I think it's pretty cool that Blizzard made an item with a name like this.
