Looking like getting this and reforging the Expertise into Mastery is going to outweigh the DMC: Hurricane. for **RET Paladin's**

with the reforging in it would look like:

Equip: Increases your Expertise rating by 218
Equip: Increases your Mastery rating by 145
Equip: Your melee attacks have a chance to grant 2178 Strength for 20 sec.

As it says above in the item tooltip, 363 expertise is converted into 12.09 at level 85. Not 30.

The main stat of this trinket is 363 expertise (12,09 at level 85). 145 of this rating can be reforged so the expertise from the trinket is: 218 (7,26 expertise at level 85).

The proc is 2178 over 20 secs, on a 90 second ICD, which means that between every proc it is 20 secs uptime and minimum 70 secs downtime. The proc chance of the trinket to proc when the trinket is not on cooldown is 10%. The average strength if you proc this as often as possible: 2178*(20/90)= 484 strength in average.
